Section 383B.70 Compensation of Commissioners
383B.70 COMPENSATION OF COMMISSIONERS.
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 398.05 or any other law, the compensation of commissioners of the Three Rivers Park District must be set by the Board of Park Commissioners.
