Section 453A.11 Employees, Definition
453A.11 EMPLOYEES, DEFINITION.
Employees of a municipal gas agency shall be "public employees" within the meaning of section 353.01, and the provisions of chapter 353 shall apply to employees of a municipal gas agency.
