Section 51A.56 Act Controlling
51A.56 ACT CONTROLLING.
Insofar as the provisions of sections 51A.01 to 51A.58 are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law affecting associations, the provisions of sections 51A.01 to 51A.58 shall control.
