Section 471.36 Noncompetitive Supplies and Equipment
471.36 NONCOMPETITIVE SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT.
The provisions of sections 471.35 to 471.37 shall not apply to noncompetitive types and kinds of supplies and equipment.
