Section 473H.07 Commencement of Preserve
473H.07 COMMENCEMENT OF PRESERVE.
A land area shall be deemed an agricultural preserve and subject to all the benefits and restrictions of sections 473H.02 to 473H.17 commencing 30 days from the date of application.
