Section 508.836 Disposal of Certain Affidavits
508.836 DISPOSAL OF CERTAIN AFFIDAVITS.
The registrar of titles is hereby authorized to destroy affidavits of grantees and purchasers or of the person acting on their behalf, which are more than five years old.
