Section 527.28 Receipt for Custodial Property
527.28 RECEIPT FOR CUSTODIAL PROPERTY.
A written acknowledgment of delivery by a custodian constitutes a sufficient receipt and discharge for custodial property transferred to the custodian pursuant to this chapter.
