Section 542.04 Actions on Forfeited Bail Bonds
542.04 ACTIONS ON FORFEITED BAIL BONDS.
Actions and proceeding prosecuted upon forfeited bail bonds or recognizances shall be heard and tried in the county in which the forfeiture was adjudged.
