Section 561.02 Maliciously Maintained Structure
561.02 MALICIOUSLY MAINTAINED STRUCTURE.
Any fence, or any other structure, maliciously erected or maintained for the purpose of annoying the owners or occupants of adjoining property shall be deemed a private nuisance.
