Section 582.17 Old Actions Pending
582.17 OLD ACTIONS PENDING.
Nothing contained in sections 582.14 to 582.18 shall apply to any action or proceeding pending at the time of the passage of Laws 1945, chapter 363, or commenced prior to January 1, 1946.
