Section 81A.17 Administrative Penalty
81A.17 ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY.
The commissioner may assess a civil penalty against an athlete agent not to exceed $25,000 for a violation of sections 81A.01 to 81A.21, in accordance with chapters 14 and 45.
