Section 97A.125 Wildlife Habitat on Private Land
97A.125 WILDLIFE HABITAT ON PRIVATE LAND.
The commissioner may enter into agreements with landowners to develop or improve wildlife habitat on private land and provide financial, technical, and professional assistance and material.
