Section 97C.085 Permit Required for Tagging Fish
97C.085 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR TAGGING FISH.
A person may not tag or otherwise mark a live fish for identification without a permit from the commissioner, except for special fish management tags as authorized under section 97A.551.
