§ 19-27-17. How survey ordered for execution of judicial sales.
In all cases where a survey of land may be necessary to the proper designation of parcels, in order to comply with the requirements of section one hundred and eleven of the constitution, it shall be caused to be made by the person whose duty it is to make the sale, and the proper cost thereof shall be allowed in the bill of cost.
