§ 33-7-105. Oath of officer.
 

Every officer commissioned or warranted in the Mississippi National Guard shall, before entering upon his duties, take and subscribe to the following oath, which oath, signed by him and witnessed by an officer of the Mississippi National Guard, will be filed in the office of the Adjutant General, and all officers of the Mississippi National Guard are hereby empowered to administer this oath: 
     
 
"I, ________, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Mississippi against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and of the Governor of the State of Mississippi; that I make this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office of ________ in the National Guard of the United States and of the State of Mississippi upon which I am about to enter, so help me God."
