43-55-17 - Delegation of nonpolicy making duties.

§ 43-55-17. Delegation of nonpolicy making duties.
  

Subject to requirements prescribed by the corporation, the commission may delegate nonpolicy making duties to a state agency or to a public or private nonprofit organization.
