59-1-45 - Disposition of fines and penalties.

§ 59-1-45. Disposition of fines and penalties.
  

The fines and penalties collected under this chapter shall be paid into the city treasury to be used by the mayor and board of commissioners or mayor and board of aldermen for the benefit of the port.
