69-26-4 - Mississippi compact administrator; duties.

§ 69-26-4. Mississippi compact administrator; duties.
  

The Compact administrator for this state shall be Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce. The duties of the Compact administrator shall be deemed a regular part of the duties of this office.
