§ 69-37-15. Certification of one organization only; effect; revocation; debts of organization not a liability of bureau or department.
Upon determination by the bureau that the organization meets the requirements of Section 69-37-13, the bureau shall certify the organization as the official cotton growers organization. Such certification shall be for the purposes of this chapter only and shall not affect other organizations or associations of cotton growers established for other purposes.
The bureau shall certify only one (1) such organization and may revoke the certification of the organization if at any time the organization shall fail to meet the requirements of this chapter. The debts of this organization, should there be any, shall not become the liability of the bureau or the department.
