§ 87-1-7. Limitation on application of §§ 87-1-1 to 87-1-5.
Sections 87-1-1, 87-1-3 and 87-1-5 shall not apply to contracts for future delivery which are valid under succeeding sections of this chapter and shall not apply to activity which is lawfully conducted pursuant to the regulatory authority of this act [see Editor's Note below].
