§ 97-9-121. Intimidating a juror.
 

(1)  A person commits the crime of intimidating a juror if he intentionally or knowingly attempts, by the use of a threat, to influence a juror's vote, opinion, decision or other action as a juror. 

(2)  Intimidating a juror is a Class 1 felony.
