Missouri boundary commission established, members.
7.200. There is hereby established the "Missouri BoundaryCommission" consisting of the governor or his designee, theattorney general or his designee, the state land surveyor or hisdesignee, two members of the senate appointed by the presidentpro tem of the senate, two members of the house ofrepresentatives appointed by the speaker of the house ofrepresentatives, and two persons from the general publicappointed by the governor, with the advice and consent of thesenate. The governor or his designee shall serve as chairman ofthe commission and shall be responsible for calling the meetingsof the commission, managing any funds appropriated to thecommission, providing clerical support to the commission, andadministering sections 7.200 to 7.250.
