Director to deliver papers and property to successor.
8.350. The director of the division of design andconstruction shall deliver to his successor all property andpapers of every kind in his possession, relative to the affairsof state, make an inventory thereof, upon which he shall take areceipt of his successor, and deliver the same to the secretaryof state.
