Federal petroleum violation escrow fund to be used to fund projects.
8.849. The department shall authorize the use of availablefederal petroleum violation escrow funds for the administrationof sections 8.830 to 8.851. Such funds may be used by thedepartment, or by the office of administration if authorized bythe department.
