8.910. The secretary of state shall designate a reading room in oneof the buildings comprising the Missouri state archives as the "Alex M.Petrovic Reading Room" in honor and recognition of Missouri staterepresentative Alex M. Petrovic who introduced House Bill No. 294 in theseventy-third general assembly which, upon its passage and approval,established the division of records management and archives services in thesecretary of state's office and created the Missouri state archives.
