Voting for another member--penalty.

21.360. Any member of the house of representatives whothrough the medium of any voting station, records the vote ofanother member, or who authorizes another member, or otherperson, to record his vote, and any person, other than a memberof the house, who through the medium of a voting station, recordsthe vote of any member is guilty of a felony, and upon convictionshall be punished by imprisonment in the penitentiary for a termof not less than three nor more than ten years.
