Monitoring of legislation during session.
23.277. During each regular or special session of the generalassembly, the staff of the committee shall monitor legislation affectingprograms that have undergone sunset review and shall periodically report tothe members of the committee on proposed changes which would modify priorrecommendations of the committee.
