To appear in supreme court and court of appeals, when.

27.050. The attorney general shall appear on behalf of thestate in the court of appeals and in the supreme court and havethe management of and represent the state in all appeals to whichthe state is a party other than misdemeanors and those cases inwhich the name of the state is used as nominal plaintiff in thetrial court.
