Fees to be paid to director of revenue.
28.170. Before the secretary of state performs a duty orservice required by law for which a fee is charged, the personrequesting the service shall produce to the secretary of statethe receipt of the state director of revenue showing that the feehas been paid to him or shall submit the fee to the secretary ofstate for transmittal to the state director of revenue.
