Examiners--violation of oath--penalty.

29.080. For any violation of his oath of office or of anyduty imposed upon him by this chapter, any examiner shall beguilty of a felony, and upon conviction shall be punished byimprisonment in the penitentiary for a term not exceeding fiveyears, or by a fine not less than one hundred dollars or byimprisonment in the county jail for not less than one nor morethan twelve months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
