30.1015. The state treasurer is hereby authorized to create orredesignate funds as necessary to avoid conflict with provisions of federallaw prohibiting commingling of certain funds derived from the AmericanRecovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, as enacted by the 111th UnitedStates Congress.
