Obligations incurred, when--expiration of appropriations.
33.065. No appropriation shall confer authority to incur anobligation after the termination of the fiscal year to which itrelates, and every appropriation shall expire two months afterthe end of the period for which made; provided, however, thatsuch expiration date shall be six months after the end of suchperiod for those governmental functions which require theutilization of good weather periods.
