Deceased employee's unused vacation, compensation for, to whom paid.
33.102. Whenever the employment of any employee of thisstate shall be terminated by death, there shall be paid to suchemployee's designated beneficiary or to his estate compensationfor the number of days of unused vacation to which said employeewas entitled at the time of his death as fixed by the laws,rules, and regulations then in effect regarding such employment.
