Proceeds of unpaid check returned to fund and appropriation on whichdrawn.
33.195. If a warrant or check in payment therefor cannot bedelivered or if the commissioner of administration finds that,for any reason, the warrant or check cannot legally be paid, theamount thereof shall be removed as an encumbrance against theappropriation and allotment on which the warrant is drawn andappropriate entries shall be made on the general accounting booksto restore the amount of the warrant or check to the fund onwhich it is drawn and to the appropriation and allotment thereof.
