33.340. Before such bond or bonds or coupons shall berenewed it shall be the duty of such owner or owners to surrenderto the board of fund commissioners such mutilated or defacedbonds or coupons, accompanied by an application for such renewal,setting forth the number, date, amount and object of issue ofsuch bonds or coupons.
