Laws requiring purchase from state institutions to be given effect.
34.090. If any law shall provide that the state shallpurchase for its own use the products manufactured by anyinstitution of the state or shall give preference to the productsof any such institution, the provisions of this chapter shall bedeemed modified to permit the commissioner of administration topurchase such products or give such preference in any mannerprescribed by such law.
