34.217. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1.140, RSMo, theprovisions of sections 290.095 and 290.250, RSMo, and sections 34.203 to34.216 shall not be severable. In the event a court of competentjurisdiction rules that any part of this act* is unenforceable, the entireact* shall be rendered null and void.
