Records open for public inspection.
36.420. The records of the personnel division, except suchrecords as the regulations may require to be held confidentialfor reasons of public policy, shall be public records and shallbe open to public inspection, subject to regulations as to thetime and manner of inspection which may be prescribed by theboard.
