Definitions.
37.700. As used in sections 37.700 to 37.730, the following termsmean:
(1) "Office", the office of the child advocate for children'sprotection and services within the office of administration, which shallinclude the child advocate and staff;
(2) "Recipient", any child who is receiving child welfare servicesfrom the department of social services or its contractors, or services fromthe department of mental health.
