New trial, petition by accused when, grounds--time limitation.
40.220. At any time within two years after approval by theconvening authority of a court-martial sentence which extends todismissal, dishonorable or bad conduct discharge, the accused maypetition the governor for a new trial on ground of newlydiscovered evidence or fraud on the court-martial.
