Military property, purchasing or receiving in pawn or pledge--court-martial.
40.415. If any person shall knowingly and willfullypurchase, or receive in pawn or pledge any military property ofthe state of Missouri or of the United States in use by the stateof Missouri, he shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
