Charge code manual, publication, use.
43.512. The central repository, with the approval of thesupreme court, shall publish and make available to criminaljustice officials, a standard manual of codes for all offenses inMissouri. The manual of codes shall be known as the "MissouriCharge Code Manual", and shall be used by all criminal justiceagencies for reporting information required by sections 43.500 to43.530.
