Payment for records, exceptions.
43.527. For purposes of sections 43.500 to 43.543 all federal andnonstate of Missouri agencies and persons shall pay for criminal recordschecks, fingerprint searches, and any of the information as defined insubdivision (4) of section 43.500, when such information is not related tothe administration of criminal justice. There shall be no charge forinformation supplied to criminal justice agencies for the administration ofcriminal justice. For purposes of sections 43.500 to 43.543 theadministration of criminal justice is defined in subdivision (1) of section43.500 and shall be available only as set forth in section 610.120, RSMo.
