Notice thereof to be given.
46.020. It shall be the duty of the commission making suchorder to give notice thereof, at least ten days prior to runningand marking said line, to the commission of the adjacent county,whereupon the commission receiving such notice shall issue anorder to the county surveyor, ordering him to proceed, with thesurveyor of the county giving notice to survey and mark the lineor lines designated in the order.
