Beginning at the northeast corner of townshipforty-one, range twelve, west; thence west with the township linebetween townships forty-one and forty-two to the middle of themain channel of the Osage River; thence up the same, in themiddle of the main channel thereof, to a point where the townshipline between townships forty-one and forty-two crosses the same asecond time; thence west with said township line to the southwestcorner of township forty-two in range thirteen, west; thencenorth to the northeast corner of township forty-two, rangefourteen; thence west by township line between townshipsforty-two and forty-three to the northwest corner of townshipforty-two, range fifteen; thence south to the southwest corner ofsaid township and range; thence west to the northwest corner ofsection three, in township forty-one, range sixteen; thence southby subdivisional line to the point where the same strikes theOsage River; thence east with the middle of said river to thepoint where the same crosses the range line between rangesfifteen and sixteen; thence along said range line to where thesame intersects the township line between townships thirty-nineand forty; thence east on said township line to the northwestcorner of section five, township thirty-nine, range fifteen;thence south to the southwest corner of section five; thence easton section line between sections five and eight, one-half mile,to the quarter-section corner between said sections, thence souththrough the middle of sections eight and seventeen to thesouthern boundary of section seventeen; thence east one-half mileto the northwest corner of section twenty-one; thence south tothe southwest corner of section twenty-one; thence east to thenorthwest corner of section twenty-seven; thence south on sectionline between sections twenty-seven and twenty-eight andthirty-three and thirty-four to the southwest corner of sectionthirty-four, and on township line between townships thirty-eightand thirty-nine; thence east on said township line to thenortheast corner of section three, township thirty-eight, rangefifteen; thence south to the southwest corner of section two;thence east to the southeast corner of section two; thence southto the southwest corner of section twelve; thence east to thesoutheast corner of section twelve; thence south on range linebetween ranges fourteen and fifteen to the southeast corner ofsection thirteen; thence east with subdivisional line to thesoutheast corner of section thirteen, township thirty-eight,range twelve; thence north by range line between ranges elevenand twelve to the place of beginning.
