Beginning at the range line dividing ranges five andsix, west, where the township line between townships thirty-nineand forty crosses the same; thence west along the township lineto the northwest corner of township thirty-nine; thence south tothe southwest corner of said township thirty-nine; thence westwith the township line to the middle of the main channel of theGasconade River; thence with said river, in the middle of themain channel thereof, to where same crosses the east and westline dividing in half township thirty-eight; thence west with thesubdivisional line to the northwest corner of section twenty-two,township thirty-eight, range ten, west; thence south with thesubdivisional lines to the southeast corner of sectionthirty-three, township thirty-four, range ten, west; thence easton the township line to the southeast corner of sectionthirty-three, township thirty-four, range eight, west; thencenorth in the middle of range eight to the southeast corner ofsection thirty-three, township thirty-six, range eight, west;thence east to the range line dividing ranges five and six, west;thence north with said range line to the place of beginning.
