Deviations authorized, when.
71.367. Deviations from the standards set forth in section71.365 may be permitted where conformance to such standards isimpractical or physically impossible and where the method,material and dimension used in lieu thereof does not create ahazard. Such deviations must first be submitted to the governingbody of the municipality for approval or rejection.
