Discontinuance of tax for band fund, procedure.
71.660. A petition, signed by at least ten percent of thevoters, may at any time be presented asking that the followingquestion be submitted: Shall the tax for the creation of a "bandfund" be discontinued?and if a majority of the votes be cast in favor of said question,no further tax shall be made.
