72.350. Courts to take judicial notice of absorption.

Courts to take judicial notice of absorption.

72.350. After the effective date of the absorption, thecourts of this state shall take judicial notice of the absorptionand of the new corporate boundaries of the municipality whichabsorbed the other municipalities.
