Trustee to make final settlement with county commission.

79.540. When the trustee shall have closed the affairs ofthe corporation, and shall have paid all debts due by saidcorporation, he shall pay over to the county treasurer all moneyremaining in his hands, and take receipt therefor, and deliver tothe clerk of such county commission all books, papers, recordsand deeds belonging to the dissolved corporation.
